Prior to joining Kowarsky Ritson, Shaianne worked as a commercial litigation legal assistant for a national level law firm, where she best excelled at innovative problem-solving and empathetic communication. She completed her Paralegal program at the University of the Fraser Valley as one of the top graduating students.

As a paralegal, Shaianne is primarily responsible for drafting pleadings, application materials, legal correspondences, and liasing with clients, witnesses, and external parties.

Outside of work, Shaianne enjoys spending time with friends, listening to indie-rock, reading mystery books, honing her archery skills, and engaging in volunteer work.
